Hertfordshire Horse Riders

Were you looking for opportunities to go horse riding in Hertfordshire, perhaps to a riding school with a difference?
How about riding here?  But that's not Hertfordshire we hear you say...

No, it's not.  But, instead of choosing one of the excellent equestrian centres in Hertfordshire why not this time treat yourself to something really special? Why not instead take a short trip over to Malin in County Donegal, Ireland and ride at Rose Cottage Riding School?  There are cheap flights from Stansted or Luton and an excellent bus service to Londonderry from where we can collect you and take you to Malin Town.  There, depending upon your timetable and your riding skill, you can start by seeing the stables and the horses, settle into your overnight accommodation and be ready for riding out next day from Rose Cottage Riding School.

You can fly from Stansted to Londonderry and take a taxi to the city centre or fly from Luton to Belfast City with an interconnecting bus service to Londonderry. Fares vary of course depending on when you book and the airline you choose but the return trip all the way to Londonderry city can be had for around £80. Then in Euros (which are becoming more competitive every day) you can choose how much to spend on your accommodation etc and, of course, on your riding..  Indeed, if you can stomach an early flight from Stansted and you are up for a challenge, it is just possible to make it a day trip with two and a half hours in Malin - though we wouldn't recommend that because you'll miss so much of this lovely area!  Fancy riding on this beach?
